ENTRY DONATION: $125.00 Per Player ($250 per team) Teams of two will be paired with another team.
*Registration deadline is May 29, 2026.
1. Print the registration form and submit a check.
2. Pay/register online with a credit card. (Credit card fees apply.)
*All Sales are Final. No refunds, rain-checks, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather, cancellation, or change of schedule. Participants acknowledge that the tournament may be affected by weather conditions, and the organizers may make changes to the schedule or format as necessary.
Become a Golf Tournament Sponsor
Deadline for tee sign sponsors is May 27, 2026. If you sponsored last year, we have your sign ready.
Tee Sponsor Signs are $150 and have your business name and logo. These signs will be posted during the golf tournament.
