We ("Authorized Signature" typed below) hereby knowingly and voluntarily release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless GRAEAGLE INDEPENDENCE DAY AND GRAEAGLE LAND & WATER. (GID & GLW) from and for any and all liability, damages, and losses, whether or not foreseeable, which may occur as a direct or proximate result of my/our participation in activities sponsored by GRAEAGLE INDEPENDENCE DAY. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS GRAEAGLE INDEPENDENCE DAY, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit corporation, reserves the right to refuse participation to any group, groups, individuals, an individual, association, business, or any other entity of any nature or type that GID feels in its sole discretion would not further the goals of the organization, would not be appropriate considering circumstances, or might reflect negatively upon GID, an individual, or group. INCLEMENT WEATHER GRAEAGLE INDEPENDENCE DAY schedules specific dates for events. Events are not cancelled due to inclement weather unless weather creates a safety issue. GID reserves the right to postpone or terminate an event due to weather, and no refunds will be made. The undersigned applicant accepts and agrees to these terms and conditions. Cancelation Policy **All Sales are Final. No refunds, rain-checks, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather, cancellation, or change of schedule. Participants acknowledge that the tournament may be affected by weather conditions, and the organizers may make changes to the schedule or format as necessary.
