Two Great Ways to Participate
Deadline for NEW tee sign sponsors is Friday May 9th. If you sponsored last year, we have your sign ready.
Tee Sponsor Signs are $150 and have your business name and logo. These signs will be posted during the golf tournament.
Closed-T-shirt Sponsors are $150. Your company logo will be printed on the official Golf Tournament T-shirt.
Closed-Purchase both for $250.

Download, print, and mail the donation form and a check made out to the Graeagle Independence Day Committee. PO Box 884, Graeagle, CA 96103. Attention Golf Tournament committee.
*All Salas are Final. No refunds, rain-checks, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather, cancellation, or change of schedule. Participants acknowledge that the tournament may be affected by weather conditions, and the organizers may make changes to the schedule or format as necessary.
